In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "Platform" means the ppvip4 website accessible at ppvip4.biz and all associated pages, features, and services offered therein.
• "ppvip4", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the operator of the ppvip4 Platform.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who registers an account on, or otherwise accesses, the Platform.
• "Account" means the registered personal account created by a Player to access the Platform's services.
• "Balance" means the sum of real-money funds held within a Player's Account at any given time, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded by ppvip4 that are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be staked on eligible games before any associated winnings can be converted to withdrawable Balance.

Access to and use of the Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. ppvip4 strictly prohibits the use of its services by minors. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older.

To access the full range of services on ppvip4, you must register a single Account. The following conditions apply to Account registration and maintenance:

• One account per player: Each individual may register only one Account on the Platform. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
• Accurate information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and contact details. You must update this information promptly if it changes.
• Verification: ppvip4 may require you to complete identity verification procedures, including submission of government-issued identification documents, proof of address, or proof of payment method, at any stage of the Account lifecycle.
• Account currency: All Accounts on ppvip4 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). No multi-currency Account options are available.
• Account transferability: Accounts are strictly non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, or transfer your Account or any funds, game credits, or promotional balances associated with it to any other person.

ppvip4 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason, and to close any Account found to have been registered in breach of these conditions.

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. The following obligations apply:

• You must not share your Account credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
• You must use a strong, unique password and must not reuse passwords from other online services.
• You must log out of your Account at the end of each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.
• You must notify ppvip4 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.

ppvip4 will treat all activity conducted through your Account credentials as having been authorised by you, unless you have reported a security breach prior to the relevant activity taking place. ppvip4 accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.

All financial transactions on ppvip4 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following conditions govern deposits and withdrawals:

• Deposit methods: ppvip4 supports deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Available methods may vary and are subject to change without prior notice.

• Dormant accounts: An Account that has had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. ppvip4 reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee to dormant accounts after providing reasonable notice.

ppvip4 may offer bonuses and promotional incentives to new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

• Each bonus offer is available once per player, per household, per device, and per payment method, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific offer terms.
• Wagering Requirements must be fulfilled within the time limit specified for each bonus. Bonus Funds and associated winnings not meeting Wagering Requirements within the specified period will be forfeited automatically.
• ppvip4 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, except where a player has already opted into an active bonus and has Bonus Funds in their Account.
• The use of multiple accounts, collusion, exploitation of software errors, or any other form of bonus abuse will result in the cancellation of all associated bonuses, forfeiture of all related winnings, and permanent Account closure.
• Certain games may be excluded from contributing to Wagering Requirements, or may contribute at a reduced rate. Specific game contribution rates will be communicated within each individual bonus offer.
• ppvip4 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before crediting or releasing any bonus, and to reverse any bonus credit made in error.

All players are required to use the Platform in good faith and in accordance with its intended purpose. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in Account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and, where applicable, referral to law enforcement:

• Registering more than one Account on the Platform under any identity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or any game in a manner not intended by the game rules.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any game or platform feature. Any winnings generated through exploitation of such errors are void and will be reversed.
• Colluding with other players in any game format, including live casino tables and poker variants.
• Using funds derived from unlawful activities to make deposits on the Platform. ppvip4 operates strict anti-money laundering controls and will report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities.
• Attempting to manipulate, interfere with, or reverse-engineer any aspect of the Platform's software or security systems.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of the Account registration, verification, or withdrawal process.

ppvip4 employs automated monitoring systems and manual review processes to detect prohibited conduct. The determination of whether conduct constitutes a breach of this section rests solely with ppvip4, and such determinations are final.

The following general rules apply to all sports betting and casino wagers placed on ppvip4:

• Bet confirmation: A bet is only valid and binding once it has been accepted and confirmed by the Platform. A confirmation message and a unique bet reference number will be displayed upon successful placement.
• Odds changes: Odds for sports markets are subject to change at any time prior to bet confirmation. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds that will apply to your bet.
• Void bets: ppvip4 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event or market that is subsequently found to have been incorrectly priced due to a system error, data feed error, or manifest pricing mistake. Voided bets will be refunded at stake value.
• Postponed and cancelled events: If a sports event is postponed and does not take place within 48 hours of the originally scheduled start time, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned. Specific exceptions may apply to tournament markets.
• Maximum winnings: ppvip4 applies maximum payout limits per bet and per day. These limits are available in the platform help section and may be updated periodically.
• Minimum bet: The minimum stake for any individual bet is ৳10 unless otherwise specified within a specific game or market.

For sport-specific and game-specific rules, players should refer to the relevant rules section within each betting market or game on the Platform. In the event of any conflict between sport-specific rules and these general Terms, the sport-specific rules shall prevail.

ppvip4 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations in this area seriously. The following tools and policies form the foundation of ppvip4's responsible gaming programme:

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within their Account settings. Once set, a deposit limit takes effect immediately. Requests to increase a limit are subject to a cooling-off period of at least 24 hours.
• Session time reminders: Players may activate session time reminders that notify them after a specified duration of continuous play.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit:

• Reproduction, duplication, copying, selling, reselling, or exploitation of any portion of the Platform for commercial purposes without express written consent from ppvip4.
• Framing or mirroring any material contained on the Platform on any other server or device.
• Use of data mining, robots, scraping, or similar data gathering and extraction tools on the Platform.
• Modification, adaptation, translation, or creation of derivative works based on any content from the Platform.

Game content is provided under licence from the respective Game Providers and remains the intellectual property of those providers. ppvip4 makes no claim of ownership over third-party game content.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ppvip4 excludes all liability for losses or damages of any kind arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Direct financial losses resulting from gambling activity on the Platform.
• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including loss of data, loss of opportunity, or loss of anticipated savings.
• Losses arising from Platform downtime, technical errors, data transmission failures, or third-party service outages beyond ppvip4's reasonable control.
• Losses resulting from your failure to secure your Account credentials or from your provision of inaccurate personal information.
• Losses attributable to changes in odds, market availability, or event results that are beyond the control of ppvip4.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude ppvip4's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ppvip4 makes no representation or warranty, express or implied, regarding the suitability, reliability, availability, timeliness, or accuracy of the Platform or its content for any purpose.

ppvip4 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Provision of false or fraudulent information at registration or during verification.
• Engagement in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 8.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within a reasonable time frame when requested.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity in connection with your Account.
• A request by a competent authority or regulatory body.

Upon termination for cause, ppvip4 reserves the right to forfeit any Balance or Bonus Funds held in the Account where such funds are reasonably believed to be connected to prohibited conduct. Where an Account is closed through no fault of the player, any real-money Balance will be returned to the player via an available payment method within a reasonable time frame, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

ppvip4 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Amendments take effect on the date specified in the notice. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the updated Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure.

The date of the most recent revision to these Terms is stated in the effective date notice at the top of this document. ppvip4 recommends that players review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, their subject matter, or their formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the ppvip4 operator's jurisdiction of incorporation.

In the event of a dispute relating to a bet, game outcome, Account action, or any other matter covered by these Terms, players must first raise the matter with ppvip4's customer support team at [email protected]. ppvip4 will use reasonable endeavours to resolve all complaints within 14 business days of receipt.

Where a complaint cannot be resolved through the support process to the player's satisfaction, the player may escalate the matter in writing to ppvip4's complaints team. ppvip4 will provide a final written response within 28 business days of the escalation. ppvip4's decision on matters falling entirely within its operational discretion — including risk management decisions, bonus eligibility determinations, and account security actions — shall be final.
